4th International Conference of Fish and Shellfish Immunology

Monday 12th December 2022 at Hotel Quality Ramsalt

The International Conference of Fish and Shellfish Immunology is the scientific congress of the International Society of Fish & Shellfish Immunology held every three years, where fish immunologists, fish pathologists, and aquaculture associates meet to discuss recent advances in fish immunology.

Over 250 international delegates representing researchers and students from universities, research institutions and industry from the five continents participate in the event. The ambitions of these scientists are to understand the basic immune process to reduce disease in aquatic animals including farmed fish and shellfish, improve animal welfare, reduce the impact of antibiotics on the environment through the use of vaccination, and ultimately to produce a superior market product for the consumer.

The main conference will last for 4 days and will consist of plenary lectures, and oral and poster presentations covering a wide range of topics including immunology, molecular biology and microbiology. We proactively encourage participation of undergraduate, and graduate (MS/PhD) students and young researchers and welcome your support for making this possible.
