Immunology in Schools Project

April 22, 2015Education Committee (EDU)

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am involved in a very exciting educational project for teenagers and teachers from state-funded schools in Brazil – “Immunology in Schools Project” – together with other scientists, educators, and graduate students and post-docs.

Our mission is to contribute to bring the world of science closer to teenagers and to discuss about critical thinking and the process of thinking and doing science, using immunology topics related to health issues, such as vaccines, AIDS, cancer and allergies.

We have just started a campaign to raise funds for our Project and would be grateful to help us to spread the word about our Project and our campaign your support, if possible.

Many thanks!
