On April 28, 1999, the European Macrophage Society (EMS) was founded in Regensburg, Germany.
At the end of year 2000, the members of the EMS decided to rename the society as European Macrophage and Dendritic Cell Society (EMDS) in order to better emphasize the two main streams of research within the Society.
We are very happy to announce the 37th edition of the European Macrophage and Dendritic cell Biology (EMDS) Meeting, to be held in Vienna.
This conference will bring together leading experts and pioneering future leaders in the field of macrophage and DC biology.
This meeting will include presentations from invited leaders and upcoming investigators, as well as many selected abstracts, poster sessions and multiple opportunities for interaction. We strongly encourage students and postdocs to participate by presenting abstracts.
