IUIS Membership Application
Applications for national and international societies to apply for IUIS membership.
This application is for the following type of IUIS membership:

Regular Member
International Affiliate Member
Associated Member
For applying societies to indicate if they are a national society (Regular Member) or an international society, and if an international society if they would prefer to be a full-paying International Affiliate Member with voting rights (IUIS Constitution Article 2.1.3) or an Associated Member without voting rights (IUIS Constitution Article 2.1.4).
