IUIS Excellence in Immunology Award (EXCELL)
The IUIS Excellence in Immunology Award (EXCELL) is the first and only IUIS prize that specifically recognizes women and non-binary immunologists for their outstanding research accomplishments. This triennial USD 40,000 award was established by the GEC in 2020 as Menarini Prize and will be continued as EXCELL Award from now on.
Travel4Expertise – The Grant for Caregivers
The IUIS Gender Equity Committee’s Travel4Expertise Grants-in-Aid support researchers who need to travel to learn new techniques but face caregiving responsibilities. With funding of up to 2,500 USD, the program helps cover caregiving-related costs, enabling scientists to access essential training opportunities.
