It is an honor for us to invite you to the 45th Congress of the Spanish Society of Immunology, which will be held in Santander from May 22 to 24, 2025. It is also a pleasure to be able to organize the Congress in our city for the third time, in the year we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the SEI.

We are working with the SEI Board of Directors and all its Working Groups to develop a scientific program that will meet everyone’s needs and address our growing expectations. Our Congress will serve as an opportunity to meet again after a one-year break due to the celebration of the European Congress.We aim to invite leading international scientists from Europe, the United States, and Latin America, who will present their latest advances. This will also help us foster synergies with other societies, such as the Portuguese, with whom collaborations began three years ago.In addition to an attractive scientific program, we want to create an environment that facilitates meetings and collaboration.

Immunology is more alive than ever and clearly expanding, and for this reason, it is essential that the National Congress serves as a platform to establish projects and networks that will allow us to progress in our field. To this end, we will propose a program that will offer meeting spaces to foster the launch of new projects.We hope this will be a great congress where we can celebrate the 50th anniversary of our society as it deserves, and where new ideas, projects, and relationships will emerge, further strengthening the Spanish Society of Immunology.Warm regards to all, and we look forward to welcoming you to Santander with great enthusiasm.
